Due to the limited nature of our releases and inventory availability, all sales are final. At this time, Premier Studios does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Many of our products are released in limited quantities with no restocks, so we encourage customers to carefully review all product details, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Product Availability
All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. We currently do not offer preorders, allowing us to maintain faster processing times and more reliable fulfillment.
Due to high demand and limited inventory, certain products may sell out quickly without notice.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside of our control

Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping, allowing customers around the globe to access Premier Studios releases and collections.
International orders may be subject to:
- customs fees
- import duties
- taxes determined by your country’s regulations
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at our support email before your order is processed or shipped.
Orders that have already entered processing or shipment can no longer be cancelled.
Because many of our releases are produced in limited quantities, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
